IM curious which program you guys have had better success with grease the groove or ladders. Thanks in advance.

Personally, I did not have much success with either program.
I used GTG when I couldn’t do pullups to save my life, then escalating density training to get the reps high. I never liked ladders.
Both GTG and ladders worked a little bit for me when I was just getting started, but I found that doing density training worked even better: I just went back and forth between Dips and chins and did as many of the two exercises as I could in ten or twenty minutes. Weighted pull-ups and dips are good, too.
