Pulls

I believe I pulled my groin while I was lifting although I can’t point any specific day I felt anything down there hurt.

I have a little swelling in my left testical and I a constant light ache in it. I know its not an STD or cancer like webmd says it might be.
Has anyone had anything like this from lifting or working out? If so, any idea what I might have did or how I can fix the problem?

Might be a hernia, go to the doc if it doesn’t get better in a day or two.

If you had to pull it for 20 minutes, I suggest you go to the doctor, get a better imagination or get better porn.

What?! Are you kidding?! That guy was obviously training for endurance. Maybe you like being a two-pump chump, but most of us want to be able go a few rounds. You gotta train the right energy system if you want to be able to last that long doing the real thing. This is basic stuff, dude.

I had that exact injury a couple years ago. Only the left side became swollen. It was an inguinal hernia and had to be repaired surgically. The doctor told me not to work out until it was fixed because it could cause a bloodclot…so be careful.

Could possibly be testicular torsion as well, where blood supply gets cut off. In any case, go see a doc.
