I just moved from upper/lower split to pull/push/leg.
I might select a day, do it twice light/heavy or do it daily.
I am allmost done with 60 days PLP pull-up, lunge, push-up.
I might as well restart with pullover, calfs, abs.

I really have idea idea what you’re trying to ask. But I do know that you’ve got a hard-on for the PLP system and you seem to recommend it time and time again, whether it’s thread-appropriate or not.
It looks like you’re doing some funky program of your own design with no real structure, so there’s not much “input” I can give.
