While deadlifting about a week ago I felt a pulling/popping feeling in my lower left abdomen. The feeling was not painful and is not painful now. It is just discomforting. I can run with not pain, I can do situps or other ab work. I am still continuing to train and only feel the discomfort when overhead pressing or some other total body movements. I have yet to try and deadlift again or squat.
Yesterday after my training session I felt it from about my hip bone height, left of belly button, down through over my bladder and also a pulling feeling in my left testicle. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
