I’ve had a sore right oblique for four weeks. Feels like muscle pain. After working out w/the pain for two weeks (no direct ab/oblique work), I went to the doctor, and she agreed that it’s muscle pain. I’ve been off it for two weeks now totally - no working out at all. Still doesn’t seem much better. Doctor had originally suggested 1 week off. What can I do to speed up healing? Or could the pain be something else? (doc already checked for kidney/liver stuff just in case).
