Just when I’m trying to get serious I think I’ve pulled my spinal erector doing RDLs after squats. It hurts something awful. Much worse day 2. It feels like it’s deep between my erector and my oblique.
I will go see a doctor when I can but does anyone have suggestions on rehabbing? I’ve been going between ice and hot tub. When I get in the hot tub the pain subsides quickly it’s crazy but then it comes back. I assume that’s due to increased blood flow?
I started doing the “limber 11” but only very recently and I didn’t warm up or stretch preworkout.
