I was doing some sprints last night and I pulled a hamstring. I iced it when I got home, but is there anything I should be doing to help it heal? It hurts bad to walk and is very crampy and twitches alot. Are those normal?
I didn’t know if ice and heat are still recomended or not.
Slow jogging & then running in a pool. First standing still, after that & your feeling stronger & no pain progress to actually jogging/running. Also, u might want to wear an old pair of sneakers.
