Last sunday at a football workout I pulled my hamstring running a 40. I am currently in physical therapy to recover. Along with protien I was taking creatine, M, and tribex. My question is should I stop taking the M, tribex, and creatine while I recover? will these slow down or speed up my recovery time. Any other suggestions on things I should do/take while I recover would be great. Thanks

After consulting my training log, I came up
with one common thread that may have tied
these injuries together. Each time I popped my
hamstring, I was taking creatine.
Just a thought.
