Pull-Up Tip

Just for anyone out there who wants to know how to max out your pull ups…

I was reading a magazine today and saw that If you do a pull up and go up until your neck/chest hits the bar, count it as one…then repeat. I remember it saying that if your routine is 5x10 now, reverse that for the neck pullups—make it 10x5.

Thought some of you guys may find that useful…
