Pull-Throughs?

So I tried adding pull-throughs toward the end of my “leg day” last night. Was looking for a new way to stimulate the hammies.

Anyone have some tips on form for this exercise? I felt it much more in my lower back that I did in the hamstring group. I used a rope attached to a low pulley, tried to keep my back naturally arched, grabbed the rope through my legs and “pulled through” until I was standing straight. Am I missing something?

Have your feet out wide, make sure you’re really pulling yourself down with your hip flexors, and push your knees out during the whole movement. Brace your abs too. A little knee bend during the movement is ok.
