Pull/Push/Legs 4 Days and Progression Model

Hi.
I would like to know what kind of progression could be do with his plan,coach.

DAY 1 Pull
DAY 2 Push
DAY 3 OFF
DAY 4 Legs
DAY 5 Pull
DAY 6 OFF
DAY 7 OFF

DAY 1 Push
DAY 2 Legs
DAY 3 OFF
DAY 4 Pull
DAY 5 Push
DAY 6 OFF
DAY 7 OFF

Etc.

My main lifts:
Pull :Power Clean From Blocks
Push: Bench Press
Legs : Squat

I don’t know if I can do the typical progression model per week,like that.

Week 1: 5x5 75% @1RM
Week 2: 4x3 85% @1RM
Week 3: 5x4 80% @1RM
Week 4: 3x2 90% @1RM

The main lift will be repeated for once every 3 weeks and I do not know if it will be good idea.

Example with power clean from blocks:
Week 1: Day 1 5x5 75% @1RM Day 2 4x3 85% @1RM
Week 2: Day 3 5x4 80% @1RM
Week 3: Day 4 3x2 90% @1RM
Week 4: Repeat week 1 with a small increment
