Pull from the Block

three hours of training pull. started off with floor. couldnt even clean 85. then did block work moved upto 95kg. but mind stop working at 95. there was time when i pulled the bar upto chin still couldnt get underneath it. such a mental blog. is that because i am over trained?. i train pretty much 6 days a week and go max all the time?
here is a clean of 90kg

Your technique is off. You need to lower your butt more so that your shoulder joint (not entire shoulder) hangs directly over the bar. Youll bend your knees more as a result which will allow you to use your legs more Right not, that lift is all lower back.
