Pudjianuski vs Najman

Has anybody seen this its in warsaw poland its a ksw 12 event? Its on dec 11 sorry I don’t have a link I couuldnt post one.

AT least spell him correctly. It’s Pudzianowski. How can anyone nhave seen it? It’s on December, 11th. AFAIK, that’s in the future ;).

Also, just as an info for those who don’t know: KSW stands for konfrontacja sztuk walki, so it’s the “Confrontation of the martial arts”. Link: http://www.konfrontacja.com/pl/

I saw vids of Pudz boxing. He’s pretty slow (slow for punches):

However he’s 310 ish pounds at 6’1.
Lifts:
Bench Press 275 kg
Squat 360 kg
Deadlift 395 kg
Is roided.

Najman is much faster and has experience fighting. He comes from a boxing background but isn’t too impressive.

He weighs 230 pounds at what appears to be 5’11.
His record is 11 wins by knockout and 4 losses by knockout.

So basically both have no (B)JJ or wrestling experience.
However, in terms of wrestling, pudz has the advantage in strength and size.
Pudz has a background in boxing and kyokushin karate.

I actually think this one is totally in the air.
Pudz probably hits like a truck but his punches aren’t that fast.
The other guy hits much faster.

I predict pudz will try to charge him and take him down and ground pound him.

I am leaning towards Pudzianowski. We have all seen what a little bit of skill and a lot of strength can accomplish e.g. Brock Lesnar. Pudzianowski is a monster and should be able to take a few good shots. And god help Najman if Pudz gets a hold of him, it will be murder.

Bullshit. Mariusz is currently training with Miroslaw Okninski, probably the best man in Poland when it comes to BJJ. By the way, Mariusz is a purple belt in BJJ… Check out www.valetudo.pl.

Well…Najman is fucked.
He’s got nothing on Pudz except experience and speed.

We’ll see. Don’t get me wrong, I think you’re right. Definately.
Anyhow, we both know everything can happen in a fight. Gassing, injury, a lucky punch…
I wish I could be there and watch the fight (would be a good occasion to visit my family in Warsaw), anyhow, I’m teaching a day-seminar that day… :frowning:

Brock Lesnar won the 2000 NCAA championship in wrestling. He is VERY skilled at wrestling and has been training wrestling his whole life. He is very far from having a little bit of skill.

Please don’t bring the Brock Lesnar discussion up yet again. Had that on about 5 threads over the last couple of weeks …

and he eats babies for breakfast.

he never did bjj before the preparations to this fight. he did some kyokushin and boxing, but nothing that impressive, really. good thing his opponent is an average boxer. unless pudzian makes the mistake of trying to box with him, he should win easily by brute force takedown and hammer GNP.

anyone know where one could watch this when it happens? haha maybe mmashare.com will post it or something

It’s today.
OMFG I CAN’T WAIT.
Someone please make a thread.

Why not use this one?

Well make a thread with a video link. I dont want to sift through stuff and accidentally read the outcome :frowning:
