I am looking for recommendations from the T-Mag community for a physical therapist (or someone along that expertise) in NYC that can help get me back on track regarding some rehab on the following:
1) Very tight calves, especially both Achilles
2) Very tight back that can improve my rotational range of motion as well as help lengthen my back
3) Work we me on an overall total body strengthening and flexibility program
I think my body would be well served with some manual work to help break up some of the adhesions that have built up over the years.
