Just a quick question; fermented food like sauerkraut or kefirs are obviously very good for gut health due to useful bacteria intake, and psylium is good for fiber, some improvement of insulin sensitivity(if I recall well some Tnation article), and the fact that it “cleans” the gut.
Now, psylium “ties” the water in the gut and cleans it, but does it also take out good bacteria from it? If yes in some way, should we take psylium latest posible from fermented food intake during the day?
Sorry for my english, it’s not my native language.
I just take my fiber by itself away from any other food or supplements. Ablujt 1-2 hours away from any other intake
