In regards to what you talked about in your blog, I feel the same way about some of my lifts. They feel like an RPE 9 or 10, but on video they look like a 7.

What's up guys. I need some help or ideas for my deadlift. I feel strong, but I need to work on getting my hips closer to the bar and my chest higher/more upright in the lift. I am literally shoving my knees out as hard as I can. Anyone have advice or good stretches?
