Well i am 18 i weigh 168lbs

Max Bench- 300
Max Squat- 425
Max Deadlift- 405
Max Weighted Dips- 3 45s with a 25 strapped to me for 1 rep

Looking to achieve these new goals by the end of January Beginning of Feb is it possible?

Max Bench- 325
Max Squat- 500
Max Deadlift- 475
Weighted Dips- 4 45s strapped to me for at least 3 reps.
