Prowler Work and Strongman Layers

CT do you still use the prowler at all to bring up lagging legs or do you just stick with the layers?

Also how do you adjust the layer system for the strongman you train? Right now I am training for powerlifting but I am considering doing a strongman show again before a PL meet since there aren’t any in the near future.

being a strongman competitor and having a liking for high frequency i would be interested in your approach to this as well
