I bought the 5/3/1 beyond e-book a while ago and have loved the challenges so far. The 12week prowler challenge looks badass so I purchased an e-prowler and im starting it in a week. Anyone completed this yet?
Just about to order one as well, I work out at home and don’t have any close hills so the prowler should be perfect. Hopefully it sucks in a good way.
Sucks x 2, I would really recommend having a separate prowler session and not mix it in with lifting, you’ll see why
Im crunched for time being a new father so i’ll have to do it after I lift.
