I will be doing a tough mudder next spring. I was wondering if using the prowler challenge template would work well with the extensive running required.
I did Tough Mudder about a month ago with no additional training other than my standard 2 days/conditioning which is mainly 10x20on40off sprints. Doing the prowler challenge or any specific endurance/conditioning based program will definitely help. But you don’t need to be a stud athlete to do Tough Mudder, all about team work and getting the job done. I absolutely loved it.
