I just needed to share this with some people who might care/understand. Last night I finally, for the first time in my life, was able to squat 315 for a full ten reps! Clean, tight form, and until rep 7 or 8, the weight just popped right up for me.
My old max (from 3-4 weeks back) was only 5 reps with the same weight. I’ve been chasing it for the last couple of months and I finally hit it!
congats bro, i know exactly how you feel because just last week i hit my goal of 405 for 6 reps clean and the feeling just can’t be put into words. Keep up the hard work.
