From what can I get everyday extra protein? Ive been drinking chocolate milk a lot, is it alot worse than white?, but is there anything else I can eat/ drink that would be better? PLus, to gain muscle and mass to about an extra 20 lbs, would adv. protein, ZMA, and Tribex 500 be a good stack? anything that would be better?

go with the mag 10 for muscle gains, but make sure you read the plan for success article before you start…your gonna have to consume alot of protein…advanced is a good source as well are other meal replacements
