Protein with Soy Lecithen

Ive been doing a lot of reading and it seems like a lot of big manufactures have soy lecithen in there protein powders. what im trying to get at is, how many people have seen a difference of switching from your regular powders such as optimum nutrition protein, gaspari protein, met rx, muscle milk, and other big brands than to switching to other brands of proteins like CNP or smaller companies that don’t contain soy based or soy lecithen.

thanks and God Bless.

I think most brands that don’t say they use lecithin do anyway. Don’t sweat the small stuff. It’s an emulsifier, not estrogen.

x2
it’s a tiny amount, not worth giving it a second thought.
Tip: but the cheapest protein powder you can, it’s all the same, unless you care about taste.
