Hey Berardi, does protein synthesis slow down 4 or 3 hours after a meal? I am trying to figure out how many times I need to eat a day. This question can really go out to anyone I just wanted John to check it out.
The general consensus is to eat every 2-3 hours which should be anywhere from 5-7 meals a day. If you are eating a high amount of calories than it would probably be better to shoot for 7 meals. This will stabalize insulin and keep your muscles fed with a steady dose of protein.
