Hi friends,
The other night it was getting late and I didnt have time to prepare dinner.
So instead I make a protein shake consisting of whey and water, and a vege juice consisting of beetroot, carrot, cellulary, ginger and an apple.
Given that I had enough fiber during the day, is the above a good meal replacement for those nights when I dont have dinner?
I dont plan to do this everynight of the week, but maybe one to two times a week when I cam home late etc.
