I have Surge, Metabolic Drive and whey protein. What do you think about these timings
1 Surge mixed with whey pre-workout
1 whey post workout
1 Whey one hour later
1 whey morning with milk and breakfast
1 Metabolic Drive when I don’t have time to fix a meal.
