Protein Powder. Too Much?

It all depends on how lazy you are to eat protein from meat.

Yea, protein powder is a food, but it is more processed than a steak or a piece of chicken or even ground meat.

Having said that, I usually drink about 2-6 servings on most days.

It’s used as a supplement for convenience. If you can get all your protein needs with whole foods, do it. If it takes too long to prepare all those meals, or if it’s just too much of a hassle or too boring to eat that much meat, use protein powders.
