Protein Pancakes

Im thinking of trying making protien pancakes, like the ones described in John Berardi’s new book. I’m going to use my own ingredients (skim milk/egg hitles/ whole wheat flour) and was wondering if its ok to add whey protein to the mix before cooking. Will the heat have any effect on the protein powder?

I have tried protein pancakes before, personally, I liked the texture of cottage cheese instead of the powder.

Don’t forget the baking powder to make it rise.

There was a thread on this last week…look back on it. The suggestions I made were pretty good.

As a matter of fact, I made pancakes the other day and they came out a little wet…then I realized that I forgot the cottage cheese.
