Protein Pancakes

I made some GROW! Protein Pancakes this morning.

4 egg whites
1 scoop low carb grow
1 pack of plain oatmeal

Cook it like a pancake.

Takes a while to mix the protein and the eggs together. It tasted pretty good. Just make sure you have a couple glasses of water to drink.

I know you're not supposed to heat protein powder but its a nice alternative to the usual egg barrage that most of encounter in the morning.

I tried this once and UGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!
I have never eaten something so digusting in my life it was like eating an old boot. To say it was dry is an understatement.

creed it was dry but taste is individual. If its too dry people can add another egg white and for some flavor they can add slices of fruit.

I have a better solution that I have been toying with try this:

2-3 egg whites
1 scoop of powder
1/2-3/4 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
a few dashes of cinnamon

these things kick ass!!

Sounds like an interesting recipe. What do you think that we could add to the mix to give it more moisture?

Depends on goals I guess. Skim milk would help for moisture. For extra flavor, a dash of natural vanilla extract or (if diet allows and since it is p/c) a few semi-sweet chocolate chips.
