I wanted to share my pancake recipe using no flour. Anyways, it's very simple, healthy and taste great!
1/2 Cup of Oats (grind into powder form if possible)
2 Scoops of Protein (I use Quest Protein for Baking cause it has no flavor)
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil (if possible. without is fine)
Top it off with cinnamon and agave syrup or maple syrup.
The pancake batter has lasted as long as three days in my fridge.
