Protein/Oatmeal/Banana/Walnut Muffins

Recipe stolen and tweeked a bit. Great Pre-Workout or anytime throughout the day between meals!

2 cups oats

1/2 tsp lite salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 scoops Nutrabolics Vanilla Isobolic Whey

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

1 egg white

1 tsp cinnamon

60g or so of chopped walnuts

6 packets Splenda

Couple chocolate chips on each (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Mash up bananas in a bowl first. Combine and mix all ingredients in bowl. Fill 9-10 spots in a muffin cooking sheet with dough. Bake for about 10-12 mins.

Sounds pretty good. I made this the other day w/ my eggs for breakfast. DAMN GOOD:

1/2 cup oats
1 banana, sliced
1 TBS peanut butter
cinnamon
smidge of almond milk
~TBS flax seeds

Stir. ~380 calories.

OMG so good.

Anyways... I like this one by Berardi...

1/2 cup oats
1-1.25 cup water (depends on how many scoops of protein you add)

^^ Microwave that shit for 2 minutes. Then add:

1/2 apple diced into chunks
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Splash of cinnamon
Add 1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

Orgasm in mouth.

You can also make the above with 3/4 cup water, and just have 2 scoops of protein powder on the side. That's what I do since I don't have any vanilla right now. Still tastes like orgasm.
