Protein Mix Question - 80% WPC

A good friend of mine with the best intentions got me about 5lbs 80% Whey Protein Concentrate! He works at a processing facility and the stuff came through there. Now I just don’t know what to do with it. The package didn’t give much information except 80% WPC and it’s derived from milk.

Smells pretty good dry and tasting it dry it has a hint of flavor similar to Biotest’s GROW Whey. When I mixed with water it is OK but slightly sour.

Does anyone know a way to mix this? Should I just mix it with some maltodextrin or dextrose?
