hey was just reading an old Q and A on Charles Poliquins website. He recommends eating 2grams per pound of bodyweight to help lean out. For me that’s 382 grams!! Now he’s not talking about being on any anabolics but I’ve seen that protein recommendation for people taking Mag10. Any thoughts?

You would only up the protein intake if you were going to compensate by lowering your carb and/or fat intake. The reason for a high protein intake is that protein is the macronutrient that requires the most energy (calories) to metabolize, thus you will lose more fat by eating more protein.
