i read once ( i believe on this site) that the protein listing on most supplements are incorect. usually they only have about 66% of what they say. for instance if it says 21gms per scoop it probabaly only has 14 gms per scoop. can anyone confirm or have any opinions about this
Depends on the company. I wouldn’t trust those generic tubs of stuff, but I don’t think it’s anything to worry about with EAS, Biotest, Twinlab, Met-Rx etc.
