General question. If you are looking to get in 200 grams of protein a day, what would you say is best. 5 meals with 40 grams per versus 3 meals with 60+?
the more meals the better
If your going to gain weight minimum 6 meals.
does the 5 meals include pwo?? I usually have 5 then 1 pwo for lifting and 1 pwo for rugby practice. I also aim at 1.5g x lbm = 270g of protein a day. So yeah, 40 per meal is best, but on some of my P+F meals I tend to get upwards of 50-60g (gotta love the beef man)
Thanks for all the responses guys. It looks like 5 or more meals is the consensus. My problem is being disciplined after the 9 to 5 is over. Time to start working on that.
