Im looking for a good tasty protein to have with breakfast/after dinner.
At the moment iv been having Horley Ice, but its way to fast absorbing so i need something slower… right?
any suggestions?

Eat eggs in the morning, cottage cheese at night. Cottage cheese contains casein protein, a slow-acting protein that will furnish your body with protein while resting.
I drink this shake at night,
-1 cup skim milk
-1.5 scoops chocolate whey
-1/2 cup cottage cheese
-2-3 all natural peanut butter(crazy richard’s brand)
-5 iced cubes
-blend
It’s very tasty.

Is the store USA only?
I know Metabolic Drive is around $85 a container at the health food store, but only $25 here…
