Protein for Beginners


Hey everyone, I want to lose weight and tone up but not get bigger. I'm already 200 pound.
I was thinking about trying protein, should I? How much is safe? Alos, I want to stay natural while training.

The picture is what I'm drinking right now. Is it good.


i would not use that. check out the stores website, whey protein or Metabolic Drive is the best shit there is.


Ensure is too $$$ for the amount of protein you need… get a good whey… like the above mentioned, and mix your own.
