Protein Fast

Anyone familiar with research from Harvard’s Dr. Blackburn, he developed a protein fast to maximize fat loss without losing muscle, and the plan seems to really make sense, similar to a fat fast. U can find more info doing a google search. Basically cut out carbs and cut down on fat (although I didnt see any EFA references, I would obviously lose them), and keep protein high, I was suprised he recommends 1.2-2.5g protein per lb. of ideal bodyweight, he also recommends a most protein from protein drinks. It seems similar to me to a precontest diet and I’m looking into more research. I’m incorporating this research with the protein pulse research for a more effective, efficient, and easy to follow plan.
