Protein Digestion of Whole Foods?

We all know whey is digested quickly, while casein is digested slower.

As for whole foods… cottage cheese has alot of casein.

Fat and fiber taken into consideration… is there any specific rate of digestion for whole foods?

AKA… Is eating a steak any better than eating a chicken breast, or is it in the case ‘protein is protein.’?

steak is apparently more difficult to break down than chicken, i’ve heard that addage before.

other than that i dont know, just vary your sources of protein to get your fill.
