Anyone else ever use a protein diet to get ripped. Basically eating lean protein and supplementing with some EFA’s. This diet kicks ass for fat loss and works fast. I don’t lose as fast on a higher fat diet, but this diet still allows ketosis to develop b/c carbs are absent. All I’m eating is chicken/lean steak/turkey (2 lbs. of one per day) and fish oils (6 capsules). Energy is great and results are as well when I dont cheat. Once I get to me desired bodyfat I plan on increasing my fat intake as well as protein (currently at 1g per lb. lbm). I know people say high protein/low carbs and low fat isn’t healthy, but it works for a short time for fat loss.
