I have just read “Protein Cycling for Maximum Gains” By Marcus R. Jones, MD and am wondering if anyone else has tried this and what kind of results you got. I am just about to start taking Myostat and am curious if this diet would be a good idea.

Why the bump? Shit, do a search like the man says. T-mag says the diet sucks, most who tried it say it sucks, Cy Willson wrote an article talking about why it sucks (posted on this site and free to read), so I’m guessing it sucks. A search would have told you all that.
