Protein Cycling - Training Reps? - Need help.

#1

After reading Muscle Nerds and Marcus R. Jones, MD Protein Cycling views
I decided to go with Marcus R. Jones, MD approach. he was able to explain it within 2 pages while Muscle Nerd took for ever .

Marcus Jones protein cycle has 3 phases
Protein saturation : Workout reps ???
Protein reduction : Workout reps ???
Protein starvation : Workout reps increased by 50 %

I could not find the 2 missing workout guide line.
This is what I think it should be:
Protein saturation : Workout reps normal.
Protein reduction : Workout reps normal - 50%
Protein starvation : Workout reps normal + 50%

Or does this make sense, a 2 phase cycle?
Protein saturation : Workout reps normal
Protein starvation : Workout reps normal + 50%

If not, what is the correct way?

Any help will be really appreciated cause I want to get my play finished by Saturday.
I am starting the program on the 30 of march!

Thank you

I think the consensus from real life is that protein cycling doesn’t work.

The hell is this. Just eat 6-12 times a day whatever your capable of and lift hard.

I seriously can’t remember anything you posted.

This is all I see ~
Protein saturation : Workout reps ???
Protein reduction : Workout reps ???
Protein starvation : Workout reps ???

Go lift til you bleed from some orifice in your body.

And then put some steak or chicken on it …It really increases the absorption rate of the protein…its better than steroids!!
