Protein Conversion on the V-Diet

Got my supplies and started a couple days ago.

Quick question…

I’ve read that when taking protein with no real amount of carbs/fats, the body will convert the protein to glucose for energy, making the protein fat less useful for fueling muscle.

Is that the case with this diet, or do the very small amount of carbs/fat in Metabolic Drive keep this from happening?
