What type of food is everyone eating to get 1-1.25 g. of protein per lb. of bodyweight? What does your diet look like? I drink 2 Grow! shakes, but I want to make sure I’m getting enough protein from the food I’m eating, and that I get my protein from the best sources. Thanks.
