Did you guys ever read the article in “Diet Manifesto” called the protein conspericy? It sounds very very very interesting to me and I would just like to know what you fellow t-men think about it. In case you haven’t read it it basically says to ingest half of your daily protein during your post workout meal. Feedback fellas!
If I’m not mistaken, Cy later said that although he’s seen his method work with hardgainers, he prefers Berardi’s ideas about post workout drinks these days for most people. That may have been in the “Protein Roundtable” article, not sure.
