Cy Wilson made a post stating that the correct blend of casein and whey for dieting purposes is4 parts casein and 1 part whey. I have been told that milk protein is almost a perfect match to this ratio. Since I plan to use a ketogenic diet I cannot use milk itself but I was wondering if using milk protein powder would be a good idea. Are there any things I would be lacking if this approach were taken? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
