has anyone read the article in the latest print version of T-mag regarding this topic? I am wondering about “Pure Pro.” bars, and a few others. Thanks in advance.
Just look for “hydrolyzed gelatin” in the ingredients. If you find it, avoid the bar like a plague.
Note this is not necessarily the same as “hydrolyzed protein”. Met-Rx Protein Plus bars list this as an ingredient, but the protein in question is actually a combination of whey and egg.
