I weigh 85kg/187lb - If I eat 150g of protein a day, is that enough? I have been very, very inactive for a while now and and all my lifts have dropped and and my bf% has gone up so my short-term goals are to lose bodyfat and get my lifts back to where they were. Before anybody says it, I know this is the Holy Grail but my lifts have dropped that much that I am basically back down to beginner level weights so I don’t think it should be impossible. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
