Even though I know I should split my protein meals rather equally throughout the day to achieave better protein absorption, I’d really like to get some numbers here - how much protein can I load in one meal? I’m 34 years old, 176 lbs. at about 19% BF, though I’d like to get a general “formula” for these figures than get specific numbers for my figures.

Read the protein prejudice article by John Berardi at t-mag. I think he covers this common question there, but the basic answer is that no one really knows.
