right guys taken your advice, read up a fair bit and I’ve got my next cycle ready. Just wanted to run it past you guys see if I should add/remove anything before I run it. Anyway I’ve kept it super simple (i think!)
W 1-10 Test Enth 250mg E3D
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD
W 1-5 Oxy anadrol 75mg ED
W 5-10 1000iu’s Pregnyl HCG every week
W 5-10 Proviron 25mg 2x/d
W 12-16 20mg GP Nolva/50mg GP Clomiphene every day
been training 10+ years with a few bad injuries in between.
current PB’s
100kg x 5 bench
180kg x 5 squat
200kg x 5 deadlift
train 3x a week off cycle 4x on. last time i cycled i kept to a 5x5 thinking about increasing volume this time round and focus a little more on vanity for the summer

it’s just not necessary. More of a hardening drug, really. Not much point in a bulking cycle, IMO. You can run it if you want but I doubt it’ll do much of anything.
